We have been in a state of "Economic Collapse" since before Barak Obama was elected president, and we are now 3  years into Obama's presidency.   This should cause someone to pay attention.  And indeed his Republican opponents are paying attention, but not, of course, expecting texts in Daniel to read like their morning newspaper, like Charles Wheeling has been expecting ever since reading that this will occur  a number of years ago in one of Ellen White's books or published articles.   

       Now to be sure we will not be reading about "Christ's Coming" in the newspapers, but we can, if I am correct in my assumptions, expect to read about such things as Mideast Wars, Economic Collapse, and other things that might bring about a severe and prolonged TIME OF TROUBLE in these newspapers.  And that's where what I heard Brian Williams say on the 6:30 evening NEWS on December 15, 2011 fits into the picture.   On station WYFF channel 4.

        Brian Williams reminded his viewers also that this was the same virus, called then the "Bird Flu Virus", that had threatened to cause a pandemic several years ago, and had only been stopped by killing all the chickens in Hong Kong.   And that hundreds of people had died, but that it was discovered that only those who handled the diseased chickens and their immediate families were in much danger of catching this lethal flu virus.   All this might be changed now that these two researchers had found a way to alter this Avian Flu Virus in their laboratories.  What was before only an economic nuisance to chicken-farmers may indeed become a serious threat to human beings the world around.   In a pandemic that would only take at most a few months to a year to kill perhaps 1/2 the world's population!   Truly a "pestilence" of Biblical proportions!  I looked up "ENGINEERED AVIAN VIRUS" on the Internet, and found several sites that reported what Brian had said on the Evening NEWS in more detail.   Then I bought the SUN Tabloid whose "Good Doctor" gave a whole page special report, which I scanned and have provided here.

        Although it's hard to imagine such a pandemic bringing on the "Second Coming" of Jesus Christ, it shouldn't be hard to imagine it causing a "Time of Trouble" such has not been equaled in recent years.   And added on to the economic trouble we are already in caused by mortgage failures, joblessness, and the near bankruptcy of several European countries, it reminds us of some of the darkest predictions that we can readily read in the Bible book of Revelation, such as the famed "Four Horses of the Apocalypse".

      Revelation 6:1 " And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see,"

       2  "And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer."

In a modern replay of the ride of the "white horse" of Revelation 6:1,2 I'll make this ride concurrent with the flight and message of the first three angels of Revelation chapter 14, as Seventh-day Adventists unwittingly repeated the message of Jesus and the Essenes.   1844 to 1911.

    3 "And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say , Come and see."

      4 "And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given over him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given him a great sword."

     7 "And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.

     8 "And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat upon him was Death, and Hell followed with him.  And power was given him over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth."

Daniel 12:11"From the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be

a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

     12 "Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the

thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.     

NOTE BY DR. ROBERT HOLT, md -- Finding hidden representations of the Essene "Millennial Week" has become sort of a specialty of mine.   The one in Daniel 12 was one of the first I found.  A much clearer depiction is found as "Letters to the Seven Churches of Asia" in Revelation 2:1 to 3:22.  Another pretty impress- ive depiction is in the 8 parables of Jesus in Matthew 13:18-52. (the first "sower" is Adam - 4000 BC, the second "sower" is Noah -3000 BC. Abraham sows the mustard seed in 2000 BC, the woman with the leaven 1000 BC is Jezebel. The treasure in the field  is Essene.

 Once we understand that Daniel 12 represents the 7 millenniums in correct sequence, then we should look closely for a representation of the "Second Coming" in verse 13 -- and find instead a "Judgment" of everyone, both wicked and righteous.
