Hurricane Frances, downgraded to a tropical storm, struck North Carolina 16 years after Hurricane Gilbert. The storm presented in the above pictured book. Featured in "Moses and Elijah" was Hurricane Gilbert, the 7th tropical storm of 1988, which occurred exactly at the time the Rapture was expected!
After Hurrican Gilbert had devastated Jamaica on the exact date the Rapture was predicted by the Rapture 88 group, I wrote this book about this "coincidence", and that Gilbert was the 7th tropical storm of 1988. Modern prophecy is based on Biblical Numerology. The obser- vation that important things tend to occur on dates significant things happened in the history of the Jews. Such as the beginning of Desert Storm on the 9th of Av, 1990.

And so, having watched such coincidences in so

many hurricanes that had occurred earlier, I was

now looking for "Divine Symbolism" in these reports

of the four major hurricanes that occurred in 2004.

In the Wikipedia report of Hurricane FRANCES I noted the following

items that while perhaps TRIVIA individually, add up to perhaps more!

1) The name "Frances" had been given to so many tropical storms before

this one WITHOUT developing into a major Hurricane, that only "Arlene"

had more storms named that, but now "Frances" tied "Arlene". "A strong

tropical wave developed into a tropical depression late on August 24, 2004 EDT...

The next day it was upgraded and named Tropical Storm Frances, the eighth

Atlantic storm of that name, bringing Frances level with Arlene as the name applied

to the largest number of different Atlantic storms. The storm was upgraded to a

hurricane and named Hurricane Frances on August 26."

2) What this means to me is that it must be a statistical oddity for the 6th

Atlantic Tropical Storm to be so violent and costly as was "Frances".

3) Although relatively few people died as a result of Hurricane Frances,

one of them was the son of a well-known coach, Bobby Bowden,

a news item worthy to get the public's attention. [As did Jesus' death.]

4) That one man actually saw this storm as an "Act of God", and said

so in a way that was quoted world-wide, is unusual!

5) The quotation, given in the Wikipedia account is: As one islander put it,

"If you ever see an 80 ft [24 m] tree bend down and touch the ground, then sway back

to an upright position -- you will know there is a God in heaven."

6) On this web site, I am taking the unusual position that "a god", the

Indian god Lord Shiva, who has for his personal use a powerful vimana,

a spacecraft, is behind these notable storms. Shiva is here causing this

tree to "bow" before him, and allowing the Bahama islander to see this.

And then influencing the newspapers to report this event!

7) Once this is suspected, then we can look for evidence this is so. And

here it is, also in the Wikipedia report. "Frances's intensity fluctuated as it

travelled west over the next several days, dropping back to a Category 3 storm

before restrengthening. This drop and subsequent restrengthening was likely caused by

an eyewall replacement cycle, according to the National Hurricane Center (NHC)."

8) Without knowing what an "eyewall replacement cycle" really is, I

suspect that it is something that weather analysts have seen happen,

and don't really know why it happens, so they just describe it.

And in this case it may have been "caused" by Lord Shiva's

invisible spacecraft, his "vimana" being in exactly the right place at

the right time, and doing the right thing to re-strengthen "Frances",

and set it moving towards Florida, while the predictions were that

it would hit Bermuda as a much less lethal storm.

9) It's right there in the fine print of the Wikipedia report also.

"Frances strengthened rapidly, reaching Category 3 intensity 24 hours later

on the 27th and Category 4 the next day. Initially forecast to turn north and

potentially threaten Bermuda, conditions changed and Frances's predicted track

shifted westward toward the Bahamas."

10) Having already been "warned" by the devastation caused by

Hurricane Charley, Florida closed schools and even shut down

Disney World when this unexpected turn of "Frances" took place!

"Many universities across Florida canceled classes. Both the University of Central

Florida and the University of North Florida told all students to leave their dorms.

Evacuation at the University of South Florida was performed on a dorm-by-dorm

basis. Florida Atlantic University was closed for a week and a half....

"Power outages affected up to six million people. Over 20 airports closed during

the storm. Orlando, Florida's theme parks closed Sunday only the third time Walt

Disney World has closed for a hurricane, but the second time in a month.

In the aftermath of the storm, many colleges and school districts remained closed."

11) As a god watching America's space program threaten his Lorship

over the skies, one would expect Lord Shiva to take this opportunity

to "warn" the government's space facility at Cape Kennedy. And indeed

this did happen! "Frances caused heavy damage to the large Vehicle Assembly

Building at the Kennedy Space Center, ripping off over a thousand 4-by-10 foot

aluminum panels used to clad the building. While Charley caused $700,000 damage,

Frances caused much more. Two external fuel tanks for the space shuttle were in the

building but seem undamaged. The Space Shuttle Discovery's hangar is without power."

12) Finally, one would expect Lord Shiva to identify in some way other

than damage to the Kennedy Space Center that it was he, Lord Shiva,

that caused these storms, or at least changed their courses and increased

their strength. He did this symbolically by pausing momentarily over

"cat island". Lord Shiva in his Indian iconography is often pictured with

a leopard, or is wearing a leopard skin. Besides the ever-present cobra

or cobras. "On September 2, Frances struck the Bahamas directly, passing directly

over San Salvador Island and very near to Cat Island, and passing over Eleuthera on

September 3. Reports from Long Island said that parts of the island remained

underwater after the storm had passed, with numerous homes and other structures

damaged. On Saturday, September 4, the airport at Freeport, Grand Bahama was

reported to be under 6 to 8 feet of water."

13) These events, the airport and much of Long Island under water are

an echo of Revelation 6:14 and 16:20 "And the heavens departed as

a scroll when it is rolled together [a word picture of a hurricane]; and

every mountain and island were moved out of their places--" [Hmmm,

perhaps a bit exhaggerated, but it seems like this is so during a hurricane]

16:20 "And every island fled away: and the mountains were not found."

Evidently Lord Shiva does not wish at this time to

"end" our world [which is also "His" world], but

instead get us moving towards "saving" it!
