Whether someone named "John" wrote down Christ's words, or not, does not concern us, so long as they are indeed Christ's words and prophecies. ...We shall here take the position they are!
WILL YOU BE CRUCIFIED? (Questioners: the disciples)
ANSWER: Matthew 26:2 "Ye know that after two days is the feast of the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified."
WILL YOU SURVIVE CRUCIFIXION? (Same disciples)
ANSWER: (by the priests and Pharisees to Pilate).."Sir, we remember that this deceiver said, while he was yet alive, After three days I will rise again."
ARE YOU A REAL FLESH AND BLOOD PERSON, OR ARE YOU A "GHOST"? (Disciples, other than Thomas)
ANSWER: Luke 24:39 "Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself; handle me and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have have."
ANSWER to Thomas, later: John 20:27 "Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing."
|OBVIOUSLY, the people of Kashmir would not want a "Ghost" ruling over them as King, but Jesus had already passed the "Ghost" test AFTER his crucifixion and resurrection!|
WHERE ARE YOU GOING, AND WHEN WILL YOU BE BACK? (Disciples, other than Thomas)
ANSWER: John 14:2 "In my Father's house are many mansions --" INTERPRETATION: This world has many religions, ALL have some validity.
Part B: John 14:3 "And if I go (to India and Kashmir) to prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am (India and Kashmir) there ye may be also."
Admittedly this has other meanings also, involving Astrology, and TIME/SPACE travel, but THOMAS saw the ANSWER as an invitation to GO TO INDIA!
QUESTION by Thomas: (Who actually WENT to India) John 14:5 "Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?"
ANSWER: John 14:6 "I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh to the Father, but by me." INTERPRETATION: Follow ME to India, Thomas!
|This seems a little far-fetched, and obtuse, but so are most "Pesher Codes". ...In the light of what Thomas wrote in his India stories and Gospels (judged heretical by the Roman Catholic church in the 5th century), my explanation will work!|
Now I fully understand that the Academic world is full of so-called "Higher Critics" that will argue that Jesus had nothing to do with either writing or preaching anything in the Gospels OR Revelation. ....However, you, who will read these words, haven't much in common with these people.
NOW, we will go to REVELATION knowing the tradition that Thomas went to India as a missionary, and assuming that Jesus, with a real flesh and blood body, could go there if he wished to. And be acceptable there as a king, if the people liked him, and invited him to be their king. (The actual story in Kings of Kashmira!)
