A New Light Dawns!
AT THE BIRTH OF CHRIST

The Biblical Precedent for the Heavenly Anthem at Azusa St.
"And there were in that same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.
And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shown round about them: and they were sore afraid.
And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.
And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,
Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men."

In 1906, the Pentecostals in Los Angeles reported singing in tongues. In addition, they experienced a further Pentecostal phenomenon, which they termed the “Heavenly Anthem” which manifested as an ethereal corporate singing, and many participants and observers claimed to hear celestial accompaniment. Though enthusiastic singing was part of Pentecostal worship from the movement’s beginnings, ecstatic singing in tongues seems to have surfaced among those who eventually formed the Azusa Street Apostolic Faith Mission and added a further dimension of deep spirituality to the meetings at the Mission and beyond.
The inaugural September 1906 issue of the Apostolic Faith, the official organ of the Azusa Street Mission reports:
The Prophecy in the Bible book Revelation --
Revelation 4:8 "And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come."
5:9 "And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth."
My first visit to Israel and to the "Shepherd's Fields" of
where Israeli Tour Guides still tell
the scores of people who arrive
there every day on air-conditioned

did 30 years ago, that the ANGELS
SANG near the "City of David", was
Some of the "Angels" who sang in 7 BC at the "House of the Queen" were known as "Daughters of Job", and sang in Charismatic "Tongues" known back then as the "Language of the Angels" -- From the Dead Sea Scrolls.
ON THE NEXT PAGE I'LL GIVE YOU THE ACTUAL WORDS IN ENGLISH OF SOME OF THE SONGS THE QUMRAN "ANGELS" SANG IN WHAT THEY CALLED "THE LANGUAGE OF ANGELS" --
