Friends and companions of Jesus Christ in the first century AD wrote about him in the four gospels labeled Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Some of these stories are about fishermen from Galilee taught to "fish" for men. |
Jesus himself did not own these fishing boats -- Zebedee did. But there are other disciples of Jesus who did other things. 4 fishermen, 3 priests, 3 Zealots, 2 servants of 2 Herods, and 1 king named Thomas. Simon Magus was his most controversial disciple. |
