MISSIONARY JACK CATES

7209 SYCAMORE DR. RANDLEMAN, NC

Missionary Eulis Jack Cates died on March 15, 2014 and his wife Reverend Cecilia Ann  Leftwich  Cates, 72, died on September 22, 2014.  Frances Rippy Cates, 89, his wife of 69 years died on June 24, 2010.

In honor of my many years as Pentecostal Bishop Cates' personal doctor, and fellow minister of the gospel, I am putting back on the Internet these web pages I made for him back on January 24, 2006.

I displayed these pages on my own web site "www. healthark.com" , and took them back down at his request because he found his own letter-writing and telephone ministry to be more successful, and also did not approve of a great many things I teach and preach that he saw no light in.

This was a great man, an effective preacher, and also he had a very interesting life that I will not be discussing -- but I believe he deserves more than to be put in the ground and forgotten except for a few plastic flowers on his grave in a cemetery.

These PAGES will be my final TRIBUTE to him.

To learn more about this man of God and his lifelong ministry and his humanitarian work in Jamaica, and to obtain his sermons and videotapes, and those of A.A, Allen -

This web site was built by Dr. Robert F. Holt, MD, MPH, Evangelist Cates' friend and doctor since 1983.  They traveled to Jamaica many times together, and shared each other's pulpits.  On October 13, 1986, Dr. Holt also became a licensed minister of the
