BRYAN Aalborg: “ Growing up as a youngster, and even as a teen-ager I had in my mind, ---, A six-hour version of what we now call the Christmas story --- And I still have to re-read these records to refresh myself, reminding myself as to how the birth of Jesus really happened – At least as much as we can really tell from the Bible and what I mean by the 6 –hour version is this – that all the things that we read about in the scriptures – that we associate with the Christmas Story It all happened in about SIX HOURS. |
The journey to Bethlehem, The angels singing to the shepherds – The shepherds coming to the manger – The arrival of the Wise Men, and then the Journey from Bethlehem down to Egypt – It all happened in one evening in about SIX HOURS." |
