PROPHETIC REALITY

(WHICH IS, OF COURSE, NOT REAL!)

    It was a tourist trip I was on in the dream, and I had my various belongings with me in a carry-on bag, since one must generally go to Jamaica by airplane. (This carrying things on a "mind trip" is a part of one of Ellen White's early dreams).

     However, in my dream I fell behind my companions on the trip and was having some difficulty catching up, partly because of interest in the non-tourist population around me, and partly just because I was not paying proper attention to the time and my initial schedule.

     After a while these others were completely out of my sight, and I was completely engrossed by other activities of an increasingly weird and fantastic type.  And I kept losing stuff I needed to keep track of, including my passport, identifying papers, and even my airline ticket and schedule. 

     Finally, I was even losing articles of clothing, and by the end of this segment of my dream-vision I was wandering around Jamaica, completely naked and lost.  Living on a very primitive level with the natives, and foraging for food anywhere I could find it.  Dumpsters, trees, peoples' gardens, etc.  I was still headed in the direction of the airport, although how I could convince anyone of who I was or that I had a paid-for ticket home was going to be a problem.

    Another dream-segment began with me no longer in Jamaica, and I clearly remember someone saying in this part of the dream that we were in Egypt (I've been to Egypt also a number of times, so my sub-conscious could fill in some appropriate Egyptian scenery, and did.)  But I still had no clothes or ID.  A homeless world traveler, wandering more or less aimlessly around the world.   Strangely I felt no danger from terrorists at this point.  Lots of adventures, however, although I've forgotten these details.   A vague impression, however, of a long time passing, perhaps years and years.

     The final dream segment was the most fantastic and interesting, and was the one that I could remember best, since it was still in my short-term memory as I awoke about 7 AM, on January 9, 2015.

    Now in a completely Moslem primitive world. (Egypt or somewhere else like Egypt.)  I was watching shrouded women walking around in public markets and large open squares, and along behind them were strung out their children of various ages, like baby ducks following a mother duck.  Some of these baby-duck like children were behaving erratically.

      These erratic little baby-duck-like children had taken on a strange shape -- shaped more like beetles (Volkswagen-Beetle - like shape) so instead of a mother duck with baby ducks I was seeing in my dream a shrouded Arab woman followed by beetle-shaped children shrouded as were their mothers with flowing robes of a smaller variety in which some of these children had hidden swords almost as large as the children themselves.

     As this parade of mothers with lined up children were criss-crossing a large square or market place, every now and then one child would step out of line, pull out his concealed sword, and whack to pieces one or several of his brothers or sisters.  And occasionally a really nasty little kid would walk up to his own mother, and hack her into pieces also. 

    At that instant in my alternate dream-world it occurred to me that this that I was seeing was completely against the normal course of nature, and that if children in nature were either trained to kill their parents, or came up with the idea to do so by something or somebody else, that particular species was, of course, doomed to extinction, genocide if you will, in a very short time.

     As I was waking up, one of Jesus' sayings was clearly sounding in my now completely conscious thoughts.  It was Jesus' words to Peter, just after Peter had just hacked off the ear of the High Priest's servant as recorded in Matthew 26:52 "Then said Jesus unto him, put up thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword."

    Jesus also said, in Matthew 12:25 "--Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:--"    

Isaiah 66:17 "They-- eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the  mouse --"
