Luke 1:20 "And, behold, thou shalt be dumb, and not able to speak, until the day that these things shall be performed, because thou believest not my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season." One of the current criticisms of "Bible Codes" is they are "out of context" and not applied as originally! Here a text applied to the father of John the Baptist 2000 years previously is obviously applied to Ellen White, and inferred to the Adventist Church, if they also "believe not" Christ's "words"....they too will be "dumb" in more ways than one! Ellen White was "dumb" for 24 hours...so far as "speaking in tongues", visions by all church members, and prophecy by a number of prophets...E.G. White's Church is still "dumb"! John 16:15 Here Christ offers the Holy Spirit that the "Father hath" to the Church...in 1844! Acts 2:4 "And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance." Here the offer is made quite specific! Acts 4:29-31 The example of the Apostles. ...In spite of "threatenings", the hearers of these words of Peter were to go forward in "boldness" to perform "signs and wonders"...They indeed did this and all were "filled with the Holy Ghost". Matt. 7:6-12, 15 Although Ellen White must be cauteous less she be "trampled" by "swine", she must relate the offer by Jesus...To "ask" and it shall be given us..for "he that seeketh, findeth." With the gifts come cautions to beware of "false Christs" and "false prophets". Matt. 24:24 The caution against "false prophets" repeated...Since this is the only part of these verses Ellen White's critics paid any attention to, perhaps it is a prophecy of their actions for the next two centuries....thus the repetition [repetition has this meaning in Gospel Pesher]. Col. 2:6-8 To walk in Christ is the goal, which would have been possible, had these early Adventists received the Holy Spirit.....Having failed to do that, after their ministers received their Notre Dame/Andrews training they were spoiled "after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ." Heb. 10:35-39 They are not to cast away their confidence in William Miller and E.G. White..But recieve of the same teacher that taught their early leaders....The "just shall live by faith", not in tradition but in what they are taught by the Holy Spirit...Those who "draw back" are doing so "unto perdition." This is not perhaps in the "context" as offered by Paul, but it is in the "context" of Ellen White's situation as she received these texts! Heb.4:10-12 Here the author of Hebrews (Apollos not Paul) is comparing the last Age as the equivalent of the Seventh-day Sabbath, a "Truth" that Ellen White had no knowledge of as yet...However, the Word of God is presented here as "sharper than any two-edged sword." Phil.1:6, 27-29 If the readers of Ellen White's 50 Golden Texts will allow Christ to begin a "good work in you" He "will perform it." Jesus will "hear of their affairs" even if He apears to be "absent"...[the High Priest in a heavenly Sanctuary concept]...They will suffer for Christ's sake, but should not be terrified by their adversaries. Phil.2:13-15 Ellen White's hearers should avoid murmurings and disputings in the midst of a "crooked and perverse nation"...If they do so they will "shine as lights in the world." This was later graphically presented as a vision. Eph.6:10-18 The whole armor of God includes "the sword of the Spirit" and they should "pray in the Spirit"....although their teachers may try to craft for them the old rusty sword of pre-reformation days, saying this is the "Word of God" in the context of the other texts in this 50 text line-up, what they need is a NEW SWORD, sharpened every day! Eph.4:32 "And be ye kind one to another, tender-hearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you." 1 Peter 1:22 Only by God's Spirit can they purify their souls unto unfeigned love of others. John 13:34, 35 In the context of Ellen White's persecution by her associates, who accused her of "mesmerism" this is a "NEW COMMANDMENT" to them...To love one another, as Christ has loved them...the evidence they are Christ's disciples, not somebody elses! 2 Cor.13:5 We are to examine ourselves, not examine others...The Holy Spirit will allow us to do this, and make those corrections needed. 1 Cor.3:10-13 Starting with the foundation, laid by Christ and Paul, we are to continue building....Our work as a builder will be made manifest, revealed by fire...In the context of early Acts, and in Ellen White's own experience, this FIRE is the Holy Spirit! Acts 20:28-30 Some Spirit-filled people will be able to become overseers of others in the church....They are warned that others will try to lead who, as grievous wolves, will spare not the flock...Some of them will come from among Adventists themselves. Surely an accurate prophecy! Gal.1:6-9 Here again, the REPETITION makes this a prophecy [Pesher principle]. Paul's Gospel was authorized for 2000 years, no more, no less! ...However, now seeing World Wars, the Atomic Bomb, and the Holocaust on the horizon, Christ (as the Angel from heaven) is prepared to cut short the reign of Paul's "Gospel" 150 years early!... However, the Adventists turned down that offer, more content to find fault with Ellen White's visions than to change the old and familiar....Indeed, in 1888, they would use GALATIANS as their defense to regress further into Paul's "comfortable" Theology! Luke 12:3-7 Here Ellen White's long-standing ministry of REPROOF to those who would arise continuously to lead her people astray is foreshadowed...The TESTIMONIES... "whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets, shall be proclaimed upon the housetops." Luke 4:10, 11 "He shall give His Angels charge over thee, to keep thee; and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone." Once again the "out of context" argument against Bible Codes is directly combated by Jesus' example in Ellen White's 50 Golden Texts! In the original context of Luke 4:10,11 these words are spoken by Satan to tempt Christ, here they are used as a promise to Sister White... The story of her miraculous preservation in a boat in a storm is given on EARLY WRITINGS page 23 directly following the receiving of these 50 texts....she says she saw that "sooner would every drop of water in the ocean be dried up than we perish, for my work had but just begun." I have never met anyone who was genuinely "spirit filled" who could not tell of one or many experiences such as this! 2Cor. 4:6-9 "For God, who commanded the light to shine out of the darkness (The language of the Essenes and Dead Sea Scrolls, to be discovered 100 years after Ellen White's vision...), hath shined in our hearts (Adventists were to be the New Essenes, with a Theology that could last 1000 years!)...but we have this message in earthen vessels (The Dead Sea Scrolls were indeed found in pottery, or "earthen vessels")...As the New Essenes they would be..."perplexed but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed." |

It is possible, even likely, that the Dead Sea Scrolls, instead of being found by a Bedouin youth in the 1940's, could have been found by Adventists in the 1840's! |

Verses 17, 18 The reference to the "things not seen" which included back then the Dead Sea Scrolls, hidden in caves for 1900 years, which "are eternal."...seems to confirm my above speculation! 1 Peter 1:5-7 By following first William Miller, and then Ellen G. White, early Adventists were "kept by the Power of God through faith unto salvation, ready to be revealed inthe last time....As the Apostles said more than once, they felt their temptations and trials were precious only in that they prepared a people to be ready "at the appearing of Jesus Christ.." Understood by them to be "after 6000 years". In some of the most "hidden" Bible Codes I have found [Torah Computer Codes], Disciples of Jesus, such as Peter and Paul, were allowed to Time/Space travel with Him into the future and visit Adventist sites such as Loma Linda University! 1 Thess. 3:8 "For now we live, if ye stand fast in the Lord." The Apostles "live again", through us....a type of "reincarnation". But also may have, as above, taken Time/Space "voyages" as are documented in one of the Dead Sea Scrolls, titled 4QMilhamah. "And these signs shall follow them that believe; in My name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover." This, of course, was the text that launched the Pentecostal Revival in the early 1900's....There is no good reason Seventh-day Adventists could not have launched it either in 1844 or 1888! John 9:20-27 Here we have the same spirit and techniques demonstrated towards the man Jesus cured of blindness (blind from birth) that Ellen White was experiencing at the hands of her fellow Christians in Maine in 1844....They were ready to "cast her" out of "the Synagogue" also! Chap. 14:13-15 Adventists later claimed 2 attributes that marked them as the REMNANT CHURCH of Rev. 14:12. ...Here in John 14:13-15 it is impossible to hide under Sister White's abilities as fulfilling one of these attributes!...The "Testimony of Jesus" is here that He answers our prayers, ALL our prayers, including the prayer for the Power of the Holy Spirit! Chap. 15:7,8 Again, it is impossible for one person having the Holy Spirit and the Gift of Prophecy in a church to fulfill the promise of Christ! "If ye abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. ...Herein is My Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be My disciples." Mark 1:23-25 Although we do need to worry about "unclean spirits", the Holy Ones of God will be able to cast them out....Adventists have not excluded those with "unclean spirits" because without the Holy Spirit, they were unable to recognize them! Rom. 8:38, 39 Need we worry about the power of evil angels? ...I think not! ..."For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come (Time/Space adventures), nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature (Space Aliens and UFO's), shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Who wrote these lines? Why Paul, of course! How did he know about all these things? I believe by personal experience! Jesus pursued him here and there all over Europe, Asia and Great Britain, as He persued Thomas to India! And as he has pursued me in the late 20th Century! He was and is quite able to "drop in" on anyone, anywhere, at any time past, present, or future! Rev.3:7-13 Another characteristic of Bible Codes is that they can be reused an infinite number of times, without limiting their ability to be re-applied later...Here the open door to Philadelphia is offered to Adventism, first in 1844 then later in 1888...Not accepted it was offered to Pentecostals around 1900...Partially accepted it was then thrown wide open to the New Nation of Israel in 1948...Meanwhile the Jews and Evangelicals learned to coexist and indeed Israel without its Christian friends in Congress and Protestant pulpits might not have gone nearly so far in such a short time! Rev. 14:4, 5 "These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. (The priestly Essenes of Qumran, which were male celibates.) These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever He goeth. (Jesus was one of them before He became the Essene Royal Messiah for 3 1/2 years.) These were redeemed from among men, being the first-fruits unto God and to the Lamb. (First-fruits because they existed 1900 years ago, not now.) And in their mouth was found no guile;..(Josephus and the Dead Sea Scrolls document that they required strict rules for speaking at their Holy Meals, which might go on for hours at a time.) for they are without fault before the throne of God." (The Essenes thought angels were present at these meals, and the one in charge to be a "Son of God"...God's representative at the meeting. Indeed, while these meetings were in progress, heaven had come to earth, and Qumran was its "Holy City"!) Adventists, while largely rejecting Gods program for them, often speculated that they would be the 144,000 "virgins", the special honored ones of Jesus! Phil. 3:20 "For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ." (Not only the Essene view, whose Holy Meals were considered to be "Heaven"..but also the present situation with Bible Computer codes, make it possible to send and receive "heavenly E-mail!) James 5:7, 8 James the brother of Jesus, Bishop of the Jerusalem Church, outranked everyone else after Christ was crucified....We had best listen to his advice....Here the early and latter rain refers to the Holy Spirit, and ever was known to be so by early Adventists....However, 2000 is here, and most still wait for it! Phil. 3:21 Adventists have always waited for a miraculous change of their body and their temperament...But refused to allow the Holy Spirit to accomplish this!...On and on they wait, until death comes and they sleep in the ground.....
Rev.14:14-17 "And I looked, and behold a white cloud (Clouds bring the reign of the "Rain-Man" Aquarius!)..a sharp sickle (The sickle of the Greek Chronos...Saturn...the "Grim Reaper" and judge of the seven Millenniums) "Thrust in Thy sickle and reap, for the time is come for Thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe." Heb. 4:9 "There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God." (The Seventh-day connection at a time when Ellen White didn't know what this meant, but she would learn later.) Rev.21:2 "And I John saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband." (Never intended to belong to Adventists alone, however, they could have had a larger share than they now enjoy.) Rev.14:1 "And I looked, and lo, a Lamb stood on the Mount Sion (Zion).." (Mount Zion has always been in Israel, and always will be! The "Zionists" know that, why have Adventists refused to learn it?) and with Him an hundred and forty and four thousand, having His Father's name writtenin their foreheads." (Not "Jehovah's Witnesseses" but Jews, the true followers of Jehovah, Yahweh..Beruch Adonai Elohainu Melech ha-Olam). For more extensive "proof" that the 144,000 are Essenes..Click: 2jerus4 Rev.22:1-5 "And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb." (This is a masterpiece of poetic and apocalyptic language! Anyone taking it literally does so at their own risk, and disappointment is guaranteed! People think it refers back to the Garden of Eden...it doesn't! It refers back to Balaam's prophecy of Numbers 24:5-9...a word picture of the Age of Aquarius, and Israel's new opportunity for greatness during that final age! "as gardens by the river's side...as cedar trees beside the waters. He (Aquarius) shall pour the water out of his buckets (as rain, the "latter rain"), and his seed shall be in many waters..." Visually, the river is the "Milky Way" for more, Click River.
