Revelation chapter 19 verses 1-6
identifies the area where this book was completed as being Kashmir, in
the Himalaya mountains, whose god was Lord Shiva who is often pictured
with the Ganges river running out of his hair.
Verses 7-9 Celebrates the wedding of Jesus
to Lydia of Thyatira, at which wedding she became Queen of Kasmir.
Verses 10-16 Refers back to the time in
27 AD when Jesus first became King of Kasmir on the retirement of his
father as the "White Rajah" of that area, known as "Heaven" by both
Indians (Because Lord Shiva lived there) and by both Greeks and Romans
(far-away, high altitude location).
In his earliest years, as a ruler of
Kashmir, Jesus was a militant vegetarian and forbid the consumption of
flesh foods, and with his army of "priests" enforced on other nearby
Indian states his (and Lord Shiva's ) lifestyle.
Because Jesus lived in Kashmir
("Heaven") before he was baptized by John the Baptist in 29 AD, he
could make the claim recorded in John 3:31 "He that cometh from
above ("Heaven" in Kashmir) is above all: he that is of the earth (the
Roman Empire) is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh
from heaven is above all." |
