SMYRNA
Revelation 2:8 "And
unto the angel of the church
of Smyrna write; These
things saith the first and the last, which was
dead, and is alive, 9 I
know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty. (but thou art rich)
and I know the blasphemy of them that say they are Jews, and are
not, but are the synagogue of Satan. 10 Fear none of
those things which thou shalt suffer: behold the
devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be
tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou
faithful unto death, and I
will give thee a crown of life.
The book
of "Enoch" well-liked by the Essenes, and read by Jesus
and the apostles and Paul, but suppressed by the Christian
"Fathers" since the very first centuries of the Christian
era is the source of much of this letter, quite incomprehensible to
us now.
Now that the book of Enoch has been
"eliminated" from our Bibles we have to look at such texts as
Gen. 6:4 and Jude 6, together with 1 Peter 3:18,19 to try to piece
together the story of angels' intercourse with human women that was
clearly given in the book of Enoch. It is these sinning angels
that Christ is referring to in his letter to Smyrna. Making the
devil responsible for the sins of these angels, they are "cast into
prison" to await the final judgment. But the ordinary people
died, drowned by an act of God in the flood of Noah.
Before
this flood, thought to have occurred about the end of the second
millennium, Noah built his ark in which 8 people were saved. (Referred to
by Peter in 1 Peter 3:20).
It's
a roundabout way of dating this letter to the time period of 3000 AD to
2000 AD. But that's its purpose in the NUMEROLOGY and
ASTROLOGY of the Essenes who wrote this letter to
"Smyrna".
Still located
astrologically in the "Age of Taurus" but now in the
Second Millinnial day, Smyrna is sequentially the second church to
be written. Thus the second 1000 years, 3000 BC to 2000 BC.
The Essenes located the Flood of Noah during this period.
The Enoch tradition has most of the world judged at this time, and
the angels who had sex with human wives and produced monster
children were imprisoned in a valley they could not leave until the
final judgment of God. Some of this survives in Genesis
6:1,2, and 4. Peter refers to the tradition in 1 Peter
3:19,20. One must read the again available Books of Enoch to
get the whole picture. Jesus is here confirming what
Peter believed, that while buried in Qumran "Hell" he
preached to these souls in "Hell" that had been there
since the Flood, and saved a lot of these souls, now eligible for a
"crown of life". The NOAH second sower of
Matthew 13 is here, howbeit in a hidden fashion. |
