Laodicea

Revelation 3:14 "And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write: These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; 15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.  16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.  17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: 18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.  19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.  20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.  21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. 22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith  unto the churches."

     The sequence of the MILLENNIAL WEEK continues, as it does in Matthew chapter 13, and the astrology quite apparent in Ephesus, with Jesus leading "Taurus" with the ring in his nose (the seven stars, PLEIADES) and in Pergamos, with Jesus having the "sword with two edges" of  "Aries" now in his mouth, but disguised in Sardis by repeating the PLEIADES astrology, now continues with a somewhat disguised AQUARIUS in Laodicea.

     Time-wise, we are now beginning the 7th millennium, supposed to begin at the year 2000 AD, but started early for reasons given and explained in Matthew chapter 24.

     Jesus as the AMEN is still moderating, but as the TRUE WITNESS, not as "God".   He is not God, but the "beginning of the creation of God."

     Going to church school in my earliest years, and even in my college years later to church-related colleges, I was taught that we were living in the time-period marked by the letter to the church of Laodicea, which was us. Although I now know this to be true, all those sermons I heard that Jesus might vomit us out of our status as his one and only church because of our being "lukewarm" were misguided and perhaps counter- productive.  Laodicea is well-known in Turkey for its nearby warm springs at Pammakale, which contain salts that make this water an emetic.   Indeed, anyone who drinks more than a very small of this water vomits!

      The astrology of the sequence of the Zodiac Ages indicates that after the end of the Age of Pisces, other religions beside Christianity once again get a chance, "Religious Toleration" becomes the norm, and so Jesus, for this reason appears to no longer support his "Church".   All his churches, not just Seventh-day Adventists!   Indeed he again provides major support for Judaism, working behind the scenes to bring about the return of the Jews the the newly recreated nation of Israel.

      However, in the RELIGIOUS TOLERATION of the "New Age" of Aquarius, Jesus sees himself as still a major contender for the hearts and minds of men.  The GOLD tried in the fire is the gold of the belief in ONE GOD held steadfastly by the three Hebrew children in the FIRE of Nebuchadnezzar's furnace (Daniel 3).  The "white raiment" is that of the ESSENES, who highly valued GOOD WORKS, not "faith" as our Christian preachers would have us believe.  The "eyesalve" is the ability to understand BIBLE CODES and "Gospel Pesher" and it is very rare indeed!  The three gifts offered by Jesus to the "New Age" are the same three gifts he received as a baby, gold and frankincense and myrrh. Frankincense was used by the Essenes as a whitener to make their famous robes whiter.   Myrrh was used as medicine, and symbolically at least could be used in eye-salve.

      Jesus will not open the door to the "New Age", we must open it.   He stands at the door and knocks.   We may, if we wish, talk with him personally and know him much better through the Bible Codes.

     The ancient astronomers often pictured AQUARIUS as a king sitting on a throne.   The throne of Revelation 3:21 is the throne of AQUARIUS.
