FOR 3 1/2 YEARS.

There's no record that Saul of Tarsus heard one of these sermons or Jesus' parables.

Finally, Jesus was CRUCIFIED.

Christ carrying his heavy cross to Calvary, to be CRUCIFIED.

There's no record that Saul of Tarsus saw Jesus be crucified!

INDEED WE DON'T HEAR A WORD ABOUT SAUL OF TARSUS UNTIL THE DAY OF ATONEMENT OF 37 AD, 3 1/2 YEARS AFTER JESUS' CRUCIFIXION

Now a similar crowd is stoning Stephen, a "deacon" spreading the gospel of Christ, and in the background, standing by the coats of those doing the stoning, stands a young man. It is Saul of Tarsus!

  Acts 7:58 "--and the witnesses laid down their clothes at a young man's feet, whose name was Saul.  59 "And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit."

About March 1 of 40 AD, 2 1/2 Years Later

  Saul, on the road to Damascus received a vision of Jesus quite similar to that Stephen had received just before he died by stoning --

    ALLEGEDLY BLINDED BY THIS VISION, SAUL WAS SENT TO THE HOUSE OF ANANIAS, WHERE HE RECEIVED HIS "VISION" AND ALSO WAS FILLED BY THE HOLY GHOST AND BECAME AFTER THAT PAUL THE APOSTLE, THE PRE-EMINENT THEOLOGIAN OF CHRISTIANITY, AND ORIGINATOR OF WHAT IS NOW LABELED, THE PAULINE GOSPEL.

    Outside the 4 Gospels and Acts and Revelation, the greater part of the New Testament saved later in the era of Eusebius and Constantine was the various "Letters" (Epistles) of Paul, in which he allowed Gentiles to believe they were saved, and had earned "Eternal Life" based on the life and merits of Jesus Christ, not based on any Good Works of their own.

     Paul later confessed in one of his letters, that this was a deception.   And to the Galatians he wrote:

    "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."  Galatians 6:7

2 Thessalonians 2:3 "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there be a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
     4 "Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

     5 "Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

     6 "And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time,

     7 "For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way."

     8 "And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming."

     9 "Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders.

    10 "And with the deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved."

    11 "And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion that they should believe a lie."

    12 " That they all might be damned who believed not the TRUTH, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."

    John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that BELIEVETH NOT is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the NAME of the only begotten Son of God."  Condemned to what? Many Bible  texts well known to Christian Evangelists!
